Visual Merchandising & Creative Direction

I work at the intersection of visual merchandising and creative direction, shaping spaces that communicate clearly, sell intelligently, and stay memorable.

My background is rooted in retail environments, large-scale installations, and spatial concepts where design is not decoration, but a system: guiding movement, framing products, and defining how people feel inside a space.

I collaborate closely with brands, architects, and production teams to deliver environments that are functional, elevated, and culturally relevant.

Massimo Dutti
Capsule zone designed for navigation + sell-through: clear sightlines from entrance, hero mannequin moment, curated wall bays for commercial depth. Layout flexed when key articles were missing, without breaking palette or density rules....
Window system built for stop-power + clarity: controlled mannequin count, strong negative space, and ceramic backdrop for depth without noise. Execution stayed consistent while styling was adjusted to stock reality.
